More interestingly, why the the muscles associated with the middle ear supplied by different nerves? Stapedius by VII and tensor tympani by V3. The function of V3 supplying tensor tympani is obvious, but why stapedius? hmmm.

But, to answer your question; A "mental condition" IS a "medical condition" if it requires any form of medical treatment. As for transsexualism; Despite what it may say in the (outdated and due for revision) DSM, transsexualism is NOT a mental disorder.
You have been advised elsewhere to study the HBIGDA Standards of Care; if you had done so, you would know that before a transsexual person can receive any medical treatment beyond counselling, he or she must first convince two psychiatrists independently that he or she is no suffering from any mental disorder or illness.
The available medical evidence suggests that transsexualism is a neurological condition (which is NOT the same as a mental condition), and every new piece of research adds strength to that conclusion.
We are who we are, and we are trying to live with that, but for most of us that requires medical help.

Rest assured, as with most everything in the kitchen, canning really does get easier each time. On my first attempt I did it without purchasing anything specific for canning and that didn't go well. I can only imagine what my neighbors thought as they heard me through the thin walls. I relented the next time and picked up a small kit with a few tools and things went better. That being said, I don't find canning at all enjoyable nor do I find all of the blanching and boiling I do with summer veggies to freeze them for winter fun. For me, it's one of those things I do to ensure I can eat mostly local all year and to give as inexpensive gifts. I love the end product, but getting there sucks.
Landlords don't care, they just want money. YOU are the one living next to them, and if you are being disturbed on a regular basis, I would call the cops. The cops will come out, knock on their door and warn them the first time that they are disturbing the neighbors. They won't say who it was that made the call. Now if your neighbors are stupid, they will keep annoying you. Call the cops again and if they have to come out again, they will give them a citation. If they are smart though, and don't want any trouble, they will shut the heck up and let you live in peace.

No probably not. In most color code situations red means that it is oxygenated and blue means that it is not. The pulmonary vein is oxygenated and should be colored red, and the pulmonary arteries are not oxygenated and should be blue. To my knowledge these are the only examples of the colors being different.
